Le Anderson

Le Anderson was raised in the Mullen area. Now he is raising his family here and in opening this plant he is looking forward to providing a much-needed service to the community. Over the years he has worked as a butcher for a local hunting lodge, working with Bison, Elk, Deer, and Beef. He was not only a butcher, but a hunting guide as well. Some of his favorite activities is hunting and fishing, which he plans to do this fall with his family.

Jessica Marks

Fiancé to Le Anderson Jessica Marks enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her friends and family. She moved to the area three years ago from NW Iowa. Born and raised in the northern woods of Ontario Canada, Jessica loves to fish and camp. This fall she is looking forward to going hunting with Le and her children.

Archer Anderson

Archer loves his football and is top of his class in school. He is definitely his father’s son as he’s hard working with a big heart, always eager to help and not afraid to try new things. He wants to be an NFL player when he grows up.

Trinity Marks

Trinity graduated high school this year and plans to work alongside her parents to learn the business and eventually take over one day…with Archer… (if he must) …her words
